Emerging Talent Acquisition Professional

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

As our Emerging Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for early career programs, including apprenticeships and industrial placements
  2. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from attraction and marketing to final selection and onboarding
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
  4. Delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting our diversity and inclusion objectives
  5. Project managing graduate hiring rounds and assessment centres
  6. Leveraging the Applicant Tracking System to ensure recruitment process compliance and data quality
  7. Educating hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, candidate care, and inclusive hiring
