Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
As our Emerging Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for early career programs, including apprenticeships and industrial placements
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from attraction and marketing to final selection and onboarding
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting our diversity and inclusion objectives
- Project managing graduate hiring rounds and assessment centres
- Leveraging the Applicant Tracking System to ensure recruitment process compliance and data quality
- Educating hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, candidate care, and inclusive hiring
