We're currently supporting a Global Media Brand in hiring a Contract Administrator to support their Consumer Products EMEA team on a contract basis until the end of September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and exposure to contracts, legal administration, or international business environments to join a globally recognised entertainment brand.
The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end contract process across licensing agreements within the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for managing approvals, maintaining contract records, preparing documentation, and supporting stakeholders with contractual queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and inputting licence agreement information and amendments into the contracts database
- Ensuring all licence deal requests are accurate, complete, and compliant
- Coordinating approvals with internal stakeholders and third parties
- Conducting conflict checks across the contracts database
- Preparing, issuing, and chasing standard licence agreements for signature
- Drafting amendments to existing licence agreements
- Supporting EMEA colleagues and agents with contractual queries and database information
- Following up on contract progress and amendments across the region
- Collaborating with the wider Contracts Administration team to prioritise workload
- Maintaining accurate digital filing systems for agreements and correspondence
About You
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal, contracts, or international business environment
- Strong database entry and document management experience
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail, including proofreading and document accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Additional language skills (French, Italian, Spanish, or German) would be advantageous
