About the role:

Our client is looking for a Benefits Specialist who has some exposure to Compensation. As a Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a first in class Employee benefits programme. Stakeholder management is key for this role, therefore exposure to global brokers and ways of working is essential. You will be the Subject Matter Expert when it comes to managing and defining a fair, equitable and competitive total reward and benefits package for employees. You will be responsible for communicating employee benefits as well as ensuring employees understand and engage with the benefits available to them.

More about the day to day:

  • End to End management of country and regional benefit contract renewals
  • Building relationships and driving vendors/brokers to provide contract usage data
  • Ensure compliance within country regulations
  • Prepare and present reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to HR leadership
  • Management of Benefit Policies
  • Stakeholder management with renewal approvers and in-region Leadership group
  • Partnering with the wider business and with your HR community to ensure the key reward principles are communicated
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products, and services

Employee communication and engagement:

  • Engagement Campaigns: Launch campaigns to increase employee awareness and usage of specific benefits, such as wellness programs or retirement planning tools.
