We are partnering with a leading education-focused organisation that is embarking on a significant recruitment programme and is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Recruitment, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-volume hiring campaign across a diverse range of positions, including academic, operational and student-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to deliver recruitment solutions across multiple business areas.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including lecturers, programme administrators and operational staff.
- Provide market insight and recruitment expertise to support hiring decisions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and guiding them throughout the recruitment process.
- Support a large-scale hiring initiative with ambitious recruitment targets.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- Highly credible with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of activity.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale recruitment campaigns is highly desirable.
