An established insurance firm is seeking a highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of onboarding, training and professional development initiatives across the business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, combining learning administration, event coordination and stakeholder support. You'll play a key part in ensuring learning programmes, systems and compliance activity run smoothly, accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding activity, including inductions and learning plans for new joiners, with the support of the broader HR team.
- Administration of the Learning Management System, managing courses, learners, reporting and updates.
- Coordinate regulatory and mandatory training in line with legislation and compliance.
- Organise training events, workshops and logistics, including training materials and venues.
- Support professional qualifications and apprenticeship programmes.
- Maintain accurate learning and compliance data, producing regular reports.
- Support Early Careers Development programs of school leavers and interns.
- Act as a first point of contact for Learning & Development queries and provide general administrative support.
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development, HR or professional services coordination/administrative role, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail with confidence working across data, systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
