Our client, a respected financial services firm undergoing strategic transformation, is seeking an exceptional Head of Leadership Development and Talent to shape their leadership capability and talent strategy during a pivotal period of growth and change. This role will shape how the organisation develops current and future leaders, manages talent across the firm, and drives performance excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development strategy, partnering with world-class external providers including business schools.
- Lead the Talent Review process with HR Business Partners, driving succession planning, individualised development plans, and strategic workforce planning.
- Own the annual performance management cycle including communications, support materials, and system management (Success Factors).
- Oversee executive and internal coaching strategy across the organization.
- Provide data and reporting to enable clear visibility of talent at all levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in leadership development and talent management within complex organizations.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership programmes in partnership with external providers.
- Strong understanding of talent review processes, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to inform talent decisions.
- Experience with performance management systems (Success Factors advantageous).
