We are partnering with a global organisation seeking a Global Talent Programme Manager to support the delivery and operational running of a portfolio of complex, global learning and talent programmes.
This is a programme operations and delivery role, not a Talent Strategy, Learning Design or Organisational Development position.
We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys coordinating, organising and driving execution across multiple stakeholders, systems and regions to ensure programmes run smoothly, consistently and reliably at scale.
You will sit at the centre of a global portfolio of talent and learning programmes, ensuring they are delivered effectively, tracked accurately and executed consistently across regions.
Programme Delivery & Coordination
- Support the end-to-end delivery of multiple global learning and talent programmes.
- Coordinate programme timelines, milestones, dependencies and delivery activity.
- Manage programme logistics, scheduling, communications and operational execution.
- Track participation, engagement, completion and programme performance across regions.
- Ensure programmes are delivered consistently across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Identify delivery risks and issues and support their resolution.
- Help establish and maintain scalable ways of working across programme delivery.
Learning Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and administer learning programmes within LMS/HR systems (Workday Learning experience highly desirable).
- Ensure accurate programme data, enrolments and tracking information.
- Support reporting processes and ensure data quality across systems.
- Work with internal teams to ensure systems are effectively supporting programme delivery.
Reporting, Analytics & Insight
- Produce regular reporting on programme activity, participation and outcomes.
- Use data to monitor effectiveness and identify operational improvements.
- Support evaluation of programme impact and ROI through structured reporting.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting outputs for internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate across HR teams, programme owners, facilitators, vendors and regional stakeholders.
- Act as the operational point of contact ensuring smooth day-to-day programme delivery.
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines, actions and delivery requirements.
- Manage communications across multiple time zones and business functions.
Engagement Surveys & Mandatory Programmes
- Support the delivery of employee engagement survey activity, including Glint.
- Contribute to the coordination and rollout of mandatory or required learning programmes.
- Support planning and execution activities to ensure high participation and completion rates.

- Experience managing or coordinating learning, talent or development programmes at scale.
- Strong programme operations, coordination or delivery experience (not programme design).
- Familiarity with LMS or HR systems, ideally Workday Learning.
- Exposure to employee engagement platforms such as Glint.
- Strong data and reporting skills with the ability to track programme performance.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across regions and time zones.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach focused on getting things done.
