I'm thrilled to share an incredible opportunity for a Group Head of Reward position at a leading global business. This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and is designed to maintain the momentum of the company's reward strategies during a maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the senior reward expert for executive and people leadership
- Uphold the group reward strategy and compensation philosophy
- Lead a global Reward team
- Prepare papers and analysis for the Board and RemCo
- Maintain global reward frameworks, including job architecture and pay structures
- Ensure regional consistency and fairness with local adaptations
- Partner with HR leadership to support reward programs
- Oversee annual salary, bonus, and incentive cycles
- Conduct executive compensation analysis and benchmarking
- Utilise market data for competitive reward positioning
- Maintain robust controls and approvals for reward decisions
- Oversee reward systems like SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Compensation
- Ensure operational delivery, data quality, and reporting
- Collaborate with People Systems, Finance, and vendors for system integrity
- Provide high-quality reward analytics for strategy and risk management
- Monitor external reward trends and regulatory developments
- Manage external vendors and advisors
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Global Mobility teams
