An international Insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, supporting recruitment delivery across Germany and parts of the wider European business. This opportunity has arisen as the business continues to centralise and enhance recruitment processes across multiple regions, with a particular focus on driving greater consistency and structure within the German market.

The successful candidate will manage full end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of hires, including Analyst, Intern, Property Management and Facilities Management roles. The position will involve managing approximately 8-12 live vacancies simultaneously across varying levels of seniority. There will also be exposure to hiring activity across additional European markets including the Netherlands, Czechia, Poland and the UK.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing through to offer stage
  • Partnering with hiring managers across multiple business areas
  • Supporting recruitment process improvements and regional alignment
  • Delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience

Key Details:

  • You MUST speak fluent German to be considered for this role.
  • Initial 6-month interim assignment
  • Day rate circa £350-400 per day PAYE
  • Potential for the opportunity to extend or evolve into a longer-term/permanent position
