We are partnering with a large international FMCG business to recruit an Executive Reward & Share Plans Manager to join their Group Reward team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to executive compensation and global share plan activity within a highly respected FTSE-listed environment. The role offers broad scope, senior stakeholder exposure, and excellent long-term development opportunities.
Working closely with the Group Head of Share Plans and senior members of the Executive Reward team, you will support the delivery of executive reward programmes and annual global share plan events across multiple international markets.
- Supporting executive compensation benchmarking and maintaining peer group databases
- Analysing remuneration reports and compensation disclosures
- Assisting with the delivery of executive reward cycles and global share plan events
- Preparing executive shareholding reports and reward-related analytics
- Conducting research into corporate governance, proxy advisor policies, and market trends
- Managing employee-facing share plan communications and online content
- Partnering with Global Mobility, Reward, HR, Legal, Tax, and external vendors on international reward matters
- Maintaining process documentation to support governance and audit requirements
- Contributing to reward-related projects and wider team initiatives
Experience within executive reward, executive compensation, or global share plans is required, along with a strong understanding of global share plan administration and related tax concepts. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data, advanced Excel skills, and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and SharePoint are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously is also important.
Tax or accounting qualification/certification is preferred.
