I am working with a global business who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join their global HR Reward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving operational challenges, and working in a fast-paced international environment. The focus is on optimising and future-proofing global benefits administration across multiple countries, with a strong emphasis on automation, governance, and scalability.
About the Role
The Benefits Analyst will support the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of global benefits operations. The role is heavily focused on simplifying workflows, reducing manual processes, strengthening controls, and building sustainable operational practices that can be independently managed by HR Operations after the contract period. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-governed benefits administration across multiple regions. This is a hands-on operational and improvement-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, systems thinking, and process design to create real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve global benefits administration across multiple countries
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and introduce automation
- Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and external providers to ensure smooth delivery of benefits
- Manage processes such as onboarding, offboarding, life events, annual enrolment, and payroll preparation
- Investigate and resolve complex benefits issues, data discrepancies, and operational challenges
- Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
- Support governance, compliance tracking, and operational reporting across global benefits programmes
- Assist with invoice reconciliation, cost tracking, and financial controls related to benefits
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems, workflows, and employee self-service capability
Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting benefits administration in a global or multi-country environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience improving, simplifying, or automating operational processes
- Confident working with data, reporting, reconciliations, and Excel
- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and training materials
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a tech-enabled environment
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to HRIS, benefits platforms, or payroll systems
- Experience supporting payroll integration or benefits data flows into payroll
- Knowledge of UK or multi-country benefits compliance environments
- Experience working with vendors, brokers, or third-party providers
