About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic People Business Partner to join this growing national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role supporting leaders and teams across the organisation, delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service with a strong focus on employee relations. This is a remote position, with travel required as and when across the South-East of England. Candidates based in North East London may be best situated.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related matters
- Lead and support on a wide range of employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, etc.)
- Provide proactive and commercially focused HR guidance aligned to business needs
- Support organisational change activities where required
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practice
- Analyse trends in people data and provide insights and recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders to drive engagement and performance
About You
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role
- Strong expertise in employee relations is essential
- Able to work at pace and manage a varied caseload effectively
- Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders remotely
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable
