Executive Reward & Share Plans Manager to join a high-performing global Reward team.

Working closely with senior reward leaders and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will support the design, administration, governance, and delivery of executive reward and share plan programmes.

- Partner with senior reward stakeholders to support the effective delivery of executive reward and share plan programmes.
- Support executive compensation benchmarking activities, including maintaining peer group data, analysing remuneration disclosures, and producing market insights to inform reward decisions.
- Contribute to the delivery of annual executive reward processes and global share plan events, working closely with tax advisers, legal teams, administrators, and internal partners.
- Conduct research and analysis on developments in executive remuneration, corporate governance, proxy advisor policies, and investor guidelines.
- Produce executive shareholding reports, reward analytics, and governance-related reporting.
- Support employee communications relating to reward and share plans, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and accessible.
- Maintain and enhance executive reward and share plan documentation, processes, and controls.
- Manage online share plan communications and content updates for employees.
- Partner with Global Mobility teams on reward and share plan matters relating to internationally mobile employees.
- Work with regional and local HR and Reward teams to ensure communications are compliant with local regulations while remaining aligned to global frameworks.
- Build effective relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders to support programme delivery.
- Contribute to reward-related projects and broader team initiatives as required.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical reward expertise, analytical capability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key experience and knowledge
- Strong understanding of executive reward and global share plans.
- Experience supporting executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
- Ability to analyse director remuneration reports, compensation disclosures, and governance-related documentation.
- Sound understanding of tax concepts and the ability to interpret regulatory information.
- Experience preparing and delivering employee-facing communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills.
