Talent Acquisition Partner – 6-9 Month FTC Location: Flexible (Manchester/Leeds-based) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + bonus ASAP start Oakleaf Partnership are working with a client to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. The role will support recruitment efforts for approximately 22 open positions across marketing, supply chain, operations, finance, and sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and play a key role in enhancing the talent acquisition process. Our client are a growing private equity-backed business whose journey has been driven by acquisitions, with a portfolio of over 10 innovative brands. While growth through acquisition continues, they are now focusing on unlocking the potential of their existing brands and teams. With a startup-like culture, a turnover of £100 million, and ambitious plans, they’re building a new leadership team and preparing for exciting changes in 2025. The Role As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with HR to support and establish recruitment efforts and processes.
