Reward Manager Permanent Salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus Hybrid working 3 days a week in the London office Amazing company benefits I have partnered with an iconic listed retail business who are looking for a Reward Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for Senior Reward Analysts and / or Reward Analysts looking for a step up into a Manager role. You will be working closely with the Head of Reward to support on the delivery of the organisations compensation and benefits strategy. Responsibilities: Support the Head of Reward on cyclical reward processes such as, annual salary and bonus review. Lead of benefits renewals, implementations of any changes and introduction of new benefits. Ownership of bonus calculations, communication of bonuses and bonus reporting. Lead on salary surveys and benefits surveys. Job evaluation and benchmarking exercises using the Willis Towers Watson methodology. Working closely with and communicating with senior stakeholders and the leadership team. Supporting the international team with any reward requirements.
