Payroll Transformation Manager – 12 month FTC – up to £85,000 per annum – London – Hybrid Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, committed to driving innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Payroll Transformation Manager to lead this pivotal project, on a 12 month FTC basis. Alongside transformation responsibilities, you will also oversee BAU payroll operations, to ensure seamless continuity during the transition. The Payroll Transformation Manager will be assisting/overseeing such duties as: Drive the payroll transformation project from start to finish, meeting agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget. Oversee the implementation or upgrade of payroll systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards. Analyse and streamline existing payroll processes to deliver greater efficiency and accuracy. Develop and execute a change management strategy, to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Collaborate with the wider teams in HR & Finance, and external vendors to define goals, manage expectations, and resolve challenges. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones to senior leadership. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, for all employees during the transformation period.
