Compensation Specialist Permanent Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonus Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the London office A highly regarded Professional Services organisation is looking for a Global Compensation Specialist to join their Team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the compensation programmes within the organisation. Your responsibilities will span across benchmarking, compensation structure design and conducting compensation reviews. Your daily tasks will include conducting benchmarking using various market data sources and preparing analysis and presentations for leadership teams . You will also be responsible for completing compensation reporting, analytics and dashboards. Collaborating with the Compensation Advisors and HR Partners, you will assist in designing and updating salary ranges and structures, ensuring they are competitive and equitable. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be adept at data modelling and analysis as well as being capable of breaking down complex datasets into actionable insights. Organising and prioritising a dynamic workload is essential, especially in a fast-paced environment that requires agility and continuous improvement.
