Executive Reward Specialist Permanent Up to £65,000 Office location: Central London Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Reward Professional to join a fast-paced retail firm in central London. You will join a small Executive Reward team and support in the drafting and preparation of Remco papers, DRRs, and the analysis of executive pay. You will also support the wider Reward team during certain periods. The Executive Reward Specialist responsibilities will include: Support the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers. Prepare meeting agendas. Collation of annual ExCo goals and outcomes. Support the drafting of DRR and ARR. Support the wider Reward team with annual pay and bonus review, with a particular focus on executives. Analysis and benchmarking of executive packages. Support the design and implementation of bonus and share schemes. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and wider teams including Reward, Finance, Support Reward project work.
