Job Title: Assistant Vice President – EMEA People Risk & Controls Location: London (3 days in the office per week) Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months) Salary: Up to £55,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a global financial institution as Assistant Vice President – EMEA People Risk & Controls on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within the HR function, focusing on strengthening governance, risk management, and control processes across the EMEA region. You will work closely with key HR and risk stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and controls are effectively implemented and consistently followed. This is a critical role requiring a hands-on individual who can manage complex processes, support audit and regulatory requirements, and champion operational excellence in HR risk management.
