Equine Ambulatory Vet Required

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic equine vet to join our expanding ambulatory team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality veterinary care.

At Oaklands, we pride ourselves on our collaborative and supportive working environment. You\’ll be joining a team of 10 vets who work closely together and value both clinical excellence and team spirit.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • A confident and motivated vet with a passion for equine ambulatory work
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-opinion care to equine patients in the field
  • Carry out routine procedures including vaccinations, dental work, and health checks
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of equine conditions and injuries
  • Offer clear advice and support to clients on equine health and welfare
  • Participate in the shared out-of-hours rota and contribute to team development
