An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, energetic and experienced teacher to join the leadership team at Oaklands Te Kura o Ōwaka.
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Team Leader to lead one of our middle school hubs. The successful applicant will be an excellent classroom practitioner who builds strong relationships, works collaboratively and is committed to achieving great outcomes for all learners.
You will teach within the middle area of our school while leading and supporting a talented team of teachers. We are looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine commitment to contributing positively to our school culture.
At Oaklands Te Kura o Ōwaka, we value and invest in our leaders. You will be supported by a collaborative and experienced senior leadership team, with opportunities for professional learning and leadership development.
This position would suit either an experienced team leader looking for their next leadership opportunity or an experienced teacher ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
The position includes 2 permanent management units and leadership release time.
There may also be opportunities for additional responsibilities, units or allowances for an applicant whose strengths and experience complement the needs of our school.
