Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet students and visitors.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support within both the reception and therapy teams.
  • Assist with phone, email and in‑person enquiries.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organised reception environment.
  • Support the smooth operation of the school’s reception and therapy teams.

Qualifications and skills

  • Reception or front‑office experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and computer literacy.
