Oaklands Global is working with a highly respected and international aviation company that is looking to grow its commercial team with a Sales Analyst—a critical support role that bridges technical expertise, market research, and sales strategy.
The Role
As a Sales Analyst, you will support designated aircraft sales leads and regional teams with in-depth research, aircraft valuations, and marketing preparation. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset and a keen interest in the aircraft sales lifecycle to become part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Aircraft Valuations
- Conduct aircraft valuations using market trends, technical data, book values, and comparables.
- Support internal teams with pricing insights to manage client expectations.
Aircraft Specifications
- Build comprehensive and compelling aircraft specification documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and photographers to ensure top-quality marketing materials.
- Source and analyse market data using several platforms
- Maintain up-to-date market summaries and develop pricing intelligence from across the industry.
- Build relationships with industry peers to enhance deal insights.
- Prepare high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Update and maintain records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote available aircraft.
- Assist in technical reviews, aircraft showings, and coordination with MRO providers for quotes
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Aviation, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Aviation industry experience (Minimum 2 year) or understanding of aircraft sales/valuation processes is a plus.
- An aircraft chartering, sales, or analytical role within business aviation (2 years minimum)
