Oaklands Global are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented leader to oversee all aspects of our clients’ operations. As the Head of Flight Operations, you will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations under the AOC., * Lead safe and cost-effective management of Company operations.

Implement procedural changes to meet evolving business needs.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.

Liaise with the CAA on flight operations matters.

Collaborate with CAMO to maintain airworthiness and aircraft availability.

Drive crew efficiency and customer service in coordination with Ground Operations and the Head of Training.

Own and update Operations Manuals (Part A & C).

Lead safety initiatives, including Flight Operations Safety Awareness Groups and Safety Review Board meetings.

Manage the department’s budget and staffing for efficiency.

Ensure timely resolution of investigations and risk assessments.

Enforce high compliance standards and company values within the team.

Contribute to rostering, compensation, and staffing decisions in collaboration with HR.

Approve or recommend staffing decisions, including promotions and leave.

UK CAA ATPL(H) and Class 1 Medical.

Eligible to serve as a nominated person for flight operations.

Right to live and work in the UK.

Offshore operations experience, especially in the North Sea.

Relevant type ratings and management experience.
