Oaklands Global is currently looking to recruit an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer for a reputable client based in Derby.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the system-level design, integration, and validation of electrical systems across complex engineering platforms.

This role focuses on how electrical subsystems interact and function as a complete integrated solution, rather than component-level or PCB design.

The role involves producing and reviewing wiring diagrams, interconnection schematics, and system integration documentation, ensuring that multiple electrical and avionics systems are correctly integrated and function cohesively within the overall platform architecture.

Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you will collaborate closely with mechanical, structural, avionics, and systems engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant, and functional electrical system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review wiring diagrams, interconnect schematics, and electrical system layouts.
  • Define and manage system-level electrical architecture and integration strategies.
