Your Mission: Five Key Responsibilities

• Market Mapping: Dive deep into the US Investment Banking markets, identifying key players, talent trends, and opportunities.
• Resourcing Roles: Take ownership of live roles by identifying and engaging exceptional talent.
• Lead Generation: Proactively uncover new opportunities and clients, contributing to the continued growth of our business.
• Candidate Management: Guide candidates through every step of their journey, ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
• Partner Support: Provide direct support to both partners, assisting with a variety of tasks that require agility, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
