Oaklands Global is currently working with a prestigious leading global Investment Banking boutique known for a great culture, great deal‑flow and quality as well as mentorship and development. We are recruiting for a Senior Analyst and/or an Associate to join their growing Consumer team based out of London. They will consider visas and relocation from abroad.
Level: Senior Analyst or Associate
Compensation + Bonus: 200k - 280k GBP
Location: London, UK
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies.
- Perform extensive valuation, due‑diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling.
- Attend frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors.
- Coordinate transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
- Prepare proposals and transaction marketing materials.
- Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1‑4 years of experience in investment banking M&A.
- Experience in financial modelling across DCFs, LBOs, valuations, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Four‑year degree with a record of strong academic achievement.
