Oaklands Global are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated UK CAA B2 Licensed Helicopter Engineer to join their client. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced avionics engineers to work in a dynamic rotary environment, carrying out maintenance on a range of helicopter types in line with UK CAA regulations. This is a 14/14 roster but please note, accommodation will not be available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled avionics maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance data.
- Certify aircraft maintenance tasks within the scope of the B2 licence and company approvals.
- Troubleshoot and rectify avionics and electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all work carried out.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient maintenance planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Hold a current UK CAA Part-66 B2 Licence.
- Type rating(s) on AW139 or AW169 is preferred, but not essential.
- Recent experience in a rotary line and/or base maintenance environment.
- Sound knowledge of UK CAA regulations and standards.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
