Oaklands Global are currently seeking a Production Manager for one our of leading Aircraft Component company. The ideal applicant will be able to significantly impact the production environment and make a significant contribution. As a vital member of a small business\’s core management team, the production manager will be responsible for future expansion and opportunity realization. Overseeing manufacturing and production processes. Creating and executing daily, weekly and monthly production schedules. Determining production tooling and equipment needs and taking responsibility for its maintenance. Driving innovation throughout all elements of production. Consulting with suppliers on manufacturing projects; Implementing company procedures and policies. Communicating any problems or obstacles to top management and assisting with resolution. Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control and producing KPIs. Maintaining a training matrix for manufacturing employees and tracking progress of training. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of applicable aerospace quality standards. Able to work with initiative and without constant supervision. Data analysis and statistical aptitude. Previous production management experience, minimum 2 years.
