Oaklands Global have been exclusively retained to identify a Cargo Business Development Manager to support the growth of a leading UK air cargo hub. Working closely with department heads, you’ll focus on winning new business, growing existing accounts, and strengthening the businesses position in global airfreight markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business with airlines, brokers, freight forwarders, and shippers
  • Grow existing customer relationships and revenue streams
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals through to contract completion
  • Support both scheduled and ad hoc charter cargo operations
  • Represent the business at industry events and international meetings
  • Align closely with operations to ensure service delivery supports commercial goals
  • Contribute to marketing content, new service development, and long-term strategy
  • Produce performance reports and market/competitor analysis
