I'm looking for a Windows Security Engineer to join a small, fast-paced global team within one of the foremost electronic market makers in the world. This team is dedicated to managing the security, hardening, and identity governance of Windows-based infrastructure operating across the London office. Positioned at the very forefront of the firm's technology and risk posture, the team owns Windows security incidents, vulnerability management, and critically, the firm's identity and access management across its trading environment.

About you

  • 2+ years of experience within a Windows security, IAM, or endpoint security role
  • Strong proficiency in Windows environments, with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy administration
  • Experience designing and enforcing role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege policies, and user lifecycle management
  • Experience in live incident response, access-related security event triage, and audit support
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python to streamline IAM workflows
  • An intellectually curious mindset and deep interest in problem-solving
