Oakland International is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our nightshift team in the Bardon. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company committed to sustainable growth, innovation, and making a real difference.

Shift Pattern:4 on, 4 off | 18:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the supervisory team, you will manage and drive the nightshift warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Your duties will include:

  • Leading the Team:Overseeing the picking process, managing your direct reports, and conducting regular briefings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
  • Operational Excellence:Ensuring all goods are received and dispatched on time, with all vehicles loaded and unloaded safely and correctly.
  • Stock Management:Supervising stock control, ensuring accurate replenishment, and assisting with customer queries.
  • Continuous Improvement:Proactively identifying opportunities to improve warehouse layout and operational processes to increase efficiency and achieve company objectives.
  • Safety and Compliance:Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
