Location: London/Hybrid Model currently 2 days a week in office

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rated if part time

Contract: 12 months

This role is an ideal opportunity for an innovative and driven individual who has the ambition to succeed and progress as a professional in an IT or technology-related field. This role will best suit a practically minded individual looking to join an innovative team. The successful candidate will enjoy managing the hands-on application of IT and technological systems in an operational environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Traveling to Care Home sites and supporting with the configuration and use of smartphones and tablet devices, and IT hardware including laptops and desktops.
  • Assisting with the administration for central Apple and Samsung accounts that govern security on the devices in the Care Homes.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with the retirement of Windows 10 across the business.
  • Assisting the project manager with ICT contracts and consolidation of accounts and services.
  • Liaising with the external IT provider to support the Care Home and central Head Office with IT issues.
  • Assisting with training end users on IT systems.
  • Creating guidelines to support end users with the correct and efficient use of systems.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technology.
  • Other technology support related duties as required by the business.
