What you will be doing:
- Leading the Kitchen and Dining service across the home
- Designing, presenting and delivering high quality menu options
- Procuring ingredients and delivering impeccable customer service in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations
- Recruiting, inducting and developing within your department
What you need to succeed:
- Impeccable leadership and communication skills
- Intermediate food hygiene certificate
