We are a growing Care Home provider who deliver high quality, kind and compassionate care. What you will be doing:
- Planning and delivering meaningful activities whilst being aware of the residents' interests as well as their physical and cognitive abilities.
- Encourage active participation in activities.
- Coordinate tasks within the Activities Team.
- Ensure there is variety in the programme of daily events.
- Working closely with care staff and family members in getting to know the residents, their interests, their experience and life stories.
- Share the best practice and encourage all staff members to take active interest in providing activities for our residents.
What you need to succeed:
- Creative with a range of practical skills like arts & crafts.
- Able to motivate and engage with people.
- Able to create an environment that encourages participation and involvement.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £16.43 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Shift: Days - Includes Weekends
