We are looking for a talented Lifestyles Assistant to join our team and help create fun, meaningful, and engaging experiences for our residents. From games and crafts to music sessions and exciting outings, you will play a key role in delivering activities that enrich daily life and promote well-being. If you are confident leading group sessions, enjoy offering one-to-one support, and want to make a real difference in a luxurious, supportive setting, we would love to hear from you!
In this rewarding role, you will help plan and deliver a vibrant programme of activities that enrich daily life for our residents. Working closely with the Lifestyles Manager, you will support the organisation of key events, encourage residents to build confidence in social settings, and develop new activity ideas based on their personal hobbies and interests. Whether you are organising a group craft session, leading musical activities, supporting an art or knitting club, or inspiring residents one-to-one, you will bring warmth, creativity, and genuine kindness to everything you do.
Responsibilities:- Supporting residents to live life to the fullest.
- Encouraging and empowering residents to take part in meaningful activities.
- Assisting residents with their individual lifestyle choices.
- Understanding residents' personal needs, interests, and preferences.
- Planning, arranging, and facilitating a diverse range of activities.
- Accompanying residents on weekly trips and outings.
- Leading group and one-to-one activities.
- Helping create new activity ideas and activity packs.
- Setting up for events, talks, and social gatherings.
- Background in designing or delivering activity programmes or experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
- A love for music, plenty of creativity, and the confidence to run both group and one-to-one sessions.
