What you will be doing:

What you need to succeed:
- At least 2 years’ experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up for or working towards it).
- Trained in medication administration.
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Ability to induct and supervise junior staff.
- Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
- Good communication skills — verbal (within the team and with external professionals) and written (care plans), including digital skills.
- Caring attitude.
