Responsibilities

- Identify changing resident needs through continuous assessments and implement care plans that enhance wellbeing.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current UK/region-specific registration.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous, but a caring, compassionate nature and ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and families are essential.
- Willingness to develop leadership skills and drive continuous improvement while upholding high compliance standards.
