Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Care Assistants.
- Manage the day-to-day needs of our residents.
- Deliver the highest standard of care.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.

Requirements:
- At least a minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/work toward it).
- Trained in medication administration.
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Ability to induct & supervise junior staff.
- Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
- Good communication skills – verbal and writing.
