Oakland Care is looking for a passionate Lifestyles Assistant for their Osbern Manor location in Gillingham. In this part-time role, you’ll play a vital part in planning and facilitating engaging activities for residents to enhance their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will have experience with vulnerable individuals and possess strong communication, organisational, and creative skills. This role encourages a vibrant environment while working closely with the Lifestyles Manager to build confidence among residents.
