We’re looking for a talented Lifestyles Assistant to join our team and help create fun, meaningful, and engaging experiences for our residents. From games and crafts to music sessions and exciting outings, you’ll play a key role in delivering activities that enrich daily life and promote well-being. If you’re confident leading group sessions, enjoy offering one-to-one support, and want to make a real difference in a luxurious, supportive setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Osbern Manor, 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham ME8 0SW
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: ÂŁ13.20 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Shift: Days (including some weekends)
What you will be doing
- Supporting residents to live life to the fullest.
- Encouraging and empowering residents to take part in meaningful activities.
- Assisting residents with their individual lifestyle choices.
- Understanding residents’ personal needs, interests, and preferences.
- Planning, arranging, and facilitating a diverse range of activities.
- Accompanying residents on weekly trips and outings.
- Leading group and one-to-one activities.
- Helping create new activity ideas and activity packs.
- Setting up for events, talks, and social gatherings.
What you need to succeed
- Experience working with people in a person-centred way.
- A willingness to learn and work towards an S/NVQ qualification if not already achieved.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support people from diverse backgrounds.
- Confidence with practical day-to-day tasks involved in activity delivery.
