Are you passionate about providing care and support to others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal for someone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residents settle comfortably for the night. We help with day‑to‑day personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. Responsibilities
- Providing excellent care and support to our residents during the evening.
- Supporting residents with getting ready for bed.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Helping with supper, drinks and light refreshments.
- Actively participating in various training and up‑skilling sessions.
- Working closely with team members and management team.
- Having a can‑do attitude.
- Being a compassionate and caring person.
- Being a true team player.
- Having experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential, as full training is given.
- Being reliable and able to work evening hours.
