And help with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. "As a Care Assistant at Oakland Care we ask you to care for our residents like they are your own family." What you will be doing:
- Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
- Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
- Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
- Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
- Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
