Location: Osbern Manor, 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham ME8 0SW

Hours: 40.25 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Full time

Shift: Nights (including weekends)

  • Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night
  • Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs
  • Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements
  • Keep accurate records and communicate effectively
  • Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents

What you need:

  • A can-do attitude
  • Be a compassionate and caring person
  • Be a true team player
  • Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – This is advantageous but not essential as full training is given
