We are excited to be opening Berkshire Manor, a beautiful purpose-built care home, this September, and we're looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our founding team. Berkshire Manor will offer residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care across 72 private en-suite rooms, with state-of-the-art facilities designed to deliver exceptional care and comfort. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, standards, and success of a brand-new home while delivering outstanding, person-centred care in a modern and supportive environment.

As a Nurse with us, you will make a meaningful difference every single day. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and commitment to person-centred care will help shape positive outcomes for our residents. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing support, identifying changing needs through continuous assessment, and implementing care plans that truly enhance wellbeing. By working collaboratively with colleagues, offering guidance, and championing best practice, you'll help create a supportive environment where both residents and team members can thrive.

Qualifications

  • A valid NMC registration.
  • A compassionate, caring, and professional approach.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering person‑centred care.
  • Experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A willingness to develop your leadership skills, along with the determination to drive continuous improvement and uphold high compliance standards, will be highly valued in this role.
