Are you passionate about providing care and support to others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal for someone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residents settle comfortably for the night. Location: Osbern Manor, 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham ME8 0SW
Hours: 14 hours per week
Pay: £13.20 per hour
Contract: Part-time
Shift: Evenings - 7pm-11pm (2 on/2 off shift pattern including weekends)

What you will be doing:
- Providing excellent care and support to our residents during the evening
- Assisting residents with getting ready for bed
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with supper, drinks and light refreshments
- Actively participating in various training and up-skilling sessions
- Working closely with team members and management team
What you need:
- A can-do attitude
- Be a compassionate and caring person
- Be a true team player
- Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given
- Be reliable and able to work evening hours
