What you will be doing:
- Leading the Kitchen and Dining service across the home.
- Designing, presenting and delivering high quality menu options.
- Procuring ingredients and delivering impeccable customer service in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSSH regulations.
- You will also have an opportunity to recruit, induct and develop within your department.
What you need to succeed:
- Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
- Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience of delivering a high-quality service as a Head Chef is essential.
- Experience of recruiting, inducting and training your own team.
