Oakingham Belle is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when needed and ensuring hot, quality dishes reach the pass on every service.
You’ll manage the line during service, support the Head Chef, and help develop the kitchen team while upholding the highest standards of food and service in a busy, friendly pub environment.
