Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service agent to provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customer base

Responsibilities

  • Building a relationship over the phone to attract new customers and maintain our current database
  • Contacting all new enquiries within 24hrs
  • Complete daily call lists as directed by the Depot Manager
  • Log all orders onto the system with great attention to detail
  • Maintaining high standards within the customer database keeping it up to date
  • Following company guidelines re scheduling calls and company workflows
  • Supporting all areas of the business by communicating feedback and needs from the customers
  • Working efficently on all customer marketing campaigns
  • Any other tasks deemed reasonable for business needs

Qualifications

  • At least 1years experience as a customer service agent working on the phones
  • Caring and professional telephone manner
  • Proficient at inputting data and maintaining a customer database, with attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent time management and organisatiinal skills
  • Hardworking team player who can help others when needed
  • Ability to converse with older customers and their families
