An opportunity has arisen to join our Vet Tech team at Oakhill Farm Vets in Preston, Lancashire on a 3-day working week basis. The position is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Our established Vet Tech service provides support to our vets and farmers in monitoring and improving animal health. The role involves assisting with current projects including our successful Calf Club service in addition to developing new services to support our farm clients.
This position consists of a mix of time spent on farm as well as time in the office, so a flexible approach is required. Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator, hard-working, self-motivated and very enthusiastic.
